The 40190 head is suitable for use with SLR cameras or medium format cameras with zoom or telephoto lenses.
Although a touch smaller, it still features the same design and build qualities of the larger 40200 head and has identical controls. It comes with a reversable ball platform so is compatible with both 1/4" and 3/8" threaded connections. Should you require a quick-release system, one can be easily added.
